The rooms were spacious, and the location near Dong Xuan Market was convenient. we encountered issues with the aircon flooding and unhelpful staff. Despite these setbacks, our experience was positive and the service was exceptional.

The location was magnificent, within easy walking distance of Piazza del Duomo. It was also close enough to the Old Quarter as well as a club. I had an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and a personal safe in the good-sized room.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff who allowed us to store our luggage for a few days. the location was convenient, with an ATM and supermarket nearby, and the old quarter just a short walk away. the room was clean, comfortable, and had ample storage space, making our stay cozy and hassle-free.
The noise from the nearby nightclub, which made it difficult to sleep. the room had a musty smell and was quite damp, affecting our clothes.
